What: mackerel with krusbär - and they got the fish/fruit combo right
Wine: Beaujolais Villages, la Bonne Pioche (2012) - somewhat abrasive but lovely for the fish and meat journey
Where: Bastard in Malmö
With whom: myself
Whatelse: great staff, beautiful courtyard with persian carpets on the bricks. And amazing weather in the south of Sweden today. The raw bison was lovely, tasty - sad waste of underlying dough.
