Whatelse: interesting conversations on a beautiful (but maybe a tad too hot) terrasse overlooking Het Nieuwe Meer, whilst enjoying some delicious food. The main-course was preceded by a quartet of lobster: a bisque, a mini-lobster club sandwich, lobster fried in tempura and a grand tortellini
