Wine: a Barolo (wonderful, sadly, don't remember the name)
Where: restaurant Panta Rei Enoteca, Amsterdam
With whom: Angela, Jeroen, Stephane
Whatelse: excellent preparation for MIP, accompanied by very good wine and food (though Stephane's tuna steak was too raw for his liking), lovely service (and a very good place to have pre-dinner drinks) and, as it was on the menu, the lamb was preceded by Foie Gras
