What: varza a la Cluj (minced meat w rice, in cabbage topped with sour cream)
Wine: 2002, merlot/cabernet sauvignon/feteasca neagra, Vinul Cavalerului Milenium, Romania (nice)
Where: Tevarna Athenai, Bucharest
With whom: Diana, Gill, Stephane
Whatelse: a very nice traditional Romanian dish (preceded by fried cheese, which was ok), in a beautiful, quaint little restaurant consisting of many small rooms with lots of bric-a-brac and a wonderful atmosphere. After dinner we visited the Ceaucescu palace which is one impressive building.
