
What: wild pig with mushrooms and a lot of other stuff
Wine: 2003, Bourgonges Cotes Hautes de Beaune, Poulet pere et fils (light, very light)

Whatelse: deep, touching, exciting (and very friendly but sloppy service, with a false length claim), with a very, very nice Pouilly Fume (2003, Earl domaine Herve Seguin, Le Bouchot) definitely worth stocking up, accompanied by an insteresting starter (tomato coulis, grilled snapper and "venkel"), followed by a lovely cod soup, with a tad too much of maizena. Sadly the desert was not good at all (efforts made to compensate didn't really pan out); thanks to compamy a wonderful dinner.
